The Butte Elks Lodge at 240 W. Galena is going to be busy this week with everything from trivia and bingo to music and dancing with events beginning this Wednesday evening.

WEDNESDAY - BATTLE OF THE BRAINS

The Science Mine will be hosting "Battle of the Brains" at 6:30pm which is a team-based trivia contest with a grand prize of $500.  Teams of up to 4 contestants can sign up by emaling Brandon at brandon@sciencemine.org or by calling (406) 992-4208.  Your entry fee will include pizza and one drink and a silent auction and 50/50 drawing will be held as well.  Doors open at 5pm and spectators will be admitted free of charge.

THURSDAY - TANGO CLASS SERIES

Continuing Tango moves beyond the basics to explore additional tango footwork and musicality.  Participants must have taken the basic class or equivalent and no on-site registration will be allowed.  For details on this series, please visit buttetango.com.

FRIDAY - LINE DANCING FOLLOWED BY LIVE MUSIC

Friday there will be plenty of dancing with line dance lessons with Henry and Collen Klobucar and their talented daughter, Melissa, taking place at 6:30pm.  Following the line dancing will be live music with The Berkeley Pits from 8pm until 11pm.  There is no cover charge for the band.

SATURDAY - SINGO PARTY

Another fun Singo Party will start at 7pm at the Elks with fantastic music, great prizes and a snack bar.  $10 entry fee, you must be 18 or older to play and the doors open at 6pm.

SUNDAY - BINGO

Another edition of Sunday Funday Bingo will get underway at 1pm.  Food and drinks will be available for purchase, attendees must be 18 or older.
