Is this popular dog hybrid legal to own in Montana?

While we want to include our pets in our family celebrations, the folks at the Chelsea Bailey Animal Shelter remind us that while our intentions are good, some of our Thanksgiving food may, in face, not be good for our pets. In some cases, what we eat can sometimes even kill them. Here are some of the things that you should never feed your dogs or cats this Thanksgiving.

If you have a dog that just can't get enough playtime, and I believe that is most of them, there's a place here in town that they are going to love. Heck, you're going to love it too. It's Butte's Skyline Park just off of Continental Drive and Bayard and it's a place that you and your pooch need to visit.

If your dog, cat, or any other pets you possess are accustomed to being outdoors year-round, then it's time to put a kibosh on those plans this weekend and bring them indoors! As of today, Friday, January 27th, a winter storm warning remains in effect, with temperatures expected to plunge from 33 to 4 degrees by this evening. By tomorrow, wind chill values will hit -15, and temperatures will drop to -24 by Saturday night. Even though no new snow is expected Sunday or Monday, temperatures on both days will be very harsh for humans and pets alike, so refrain from enduring any extensive outdoor activities during that timeframe.
