New Boutique Hotel Proposed For Downtown Bozeman

Bozeman welcomes thousands of visitors each year, and the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is the state's busiest.

If you want to visit the area, you need to book accommodations well in advance of your trip. Most of the hotels in the area are booked solid during the summer season.

According to the Bozeman Real Estate Group, a new boutique hotel has been proposed for Mendenhall in downtown Bozeman. The hotel would be located behind Open Range on Main Street, in what is currently a parking area.

A site application has already been submitted for the 6-story hotel. The hotel will reportedly include a ground-level lobby, restaurant, event space, and a rooftop bar. The plan also includes sidewalk and landscaping improvements in the surrounding area.

On the other side of Main Street, another hotel has been proposed.

In the current location of the Salvation Army, another 6-story hotel has submitted an application. It is referred to as the "Canopy Hotel" which is part of the Canopy by Hilton franchise.
