If you ask any Livingston restaurant about the best place for Chinese food, you'll most likely get one answer. The Wok. Sadly, The Wok closed earlier this year when its location in Livingston was sold, and the new owners decided not to renew the lease.

When Is The Wok In Livingston Reopening?

When The Wok closed, it resulted in an outpouring of support from the Livingston community. A search for a new location began immediately. The This is REALLY Livingston page on Facebook has been flooded with questions about what is going on with the Wok, and whether or not the owners had found a new location.

It appears that fans of The Wok have something exciting to look forward to. The restaurant will open in November in the former Stockman Bar location on Main Street. The Stockman Bar closed in September. Rumors online indicate that the Wok could reopen as soon as November 1, but an exact opening date has not been announced. One thing is for certain. Livingston residents will welcome The Wok with open arms once it reopens.

When The Wok closed at the end of May, many people thought that it was gone forever. We're happy to report that The Wok will continue serving hard-working Livingston residents and will remain in the community. We can't wait to stop in for dinner!
