Costco is a favorite for millions across the U.S., and Montanans are no exception. I wouldn’t call myself a big shopper, but back when I lived in a more rural part of the state, a trip to town was no small thing. We’re talking almost two hours each way—so when I made the drive, I made it count. Grocery runs had to be strategic, and Costco was a total game changer. I’d stock up for the entire month, load up the car with everything from meat to toilet paper, and then make the long haul back home until the next “supply run.”

Now, not everyone is shopping at Costco because they live far out, but people still love it for all the same reasons: bulk deals, quality products, and great prices. And Costco clearly knows just how loyal its fans are. That’s why their membership model is booming—and now, Executive Members, the top-tier group, are getting some brand-new perks that are definitely worth checking out.

In case you didn’t know, Montana is home to five Costco locations: Helena, Missoula, Bozeman, Billings, and Kalispell.

Starting June 30, Costco’s Executive Members are getting a few solid perks that haven’t been seen since 2017. They’ll now get to shop an hour earlier than standard Gold Star members—9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Sunday through Friday, and 9 to 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays. At locations that already open at 9 a.m., only Executive Members will be allowed in during that time.

Costco also added one other little bonus. The executive Members will get a $10 monthly credit when placing same-day delivery or Instacart orders of $150 or more.
