The Butte Elks Lodge at 206 W. Galena Street will be the site of a big fundraiser for the Belmont Senior Citizens Center and the Butte Meals on Wheels program as the Thanks for Giving bingo and silent auction event gets underway at 5pm.

The Belmont Senior Citizens Center is an invaluable resource for Butte's aging population providing social gatherings, exercise and medical information and resources on a regular basis as well as providing a welcoming meeting place for lunch on weekdays.  Meals on Wheels, as well, is a vital lifeline for Butte's elderly and shut-ins providing nutritious meals directly to their doorsteps.

Thanks for Giving has a $10 entry fee which will include 2 Bingo Packets of 3 cards, 10 games each.  Additional packets will be available for purchase for $5.  Come hungry because meals and concessions will be available for purchase as well, Bonus Specials will be played for a buck per board and there will be a silent auction with fantastic items donated by generous Southwest Montana businesses.  Have a sweet tooth?  A bake sale will also be a part of Thanks for Giving.

Early Bird Tickets are available right now, just call (406) 723-7773 to purchase and all who buy will be entered into an exclusive drawing on the night of the event.  Thanks for Giving is a nonprofit with 501C3 status and all donations are tax deductible.
