Headwaters RC&D presents Customer Service seminar with industry expert

Steve Beck is a nationally renowned motivational speaker who will be presenting this unique seminar that will run from 9am until 4pm this Thursday, March 13th at the Thornton Building Ballroom at 65 E. Broadway in Historic Uptown Butte.  The seminar will run in 2 parts which will be broken up for a delicious catered lunch.  The sessions will focus on many important and varied topics that any customer service worker needs in their skillsets from dealing with angry customers to techniques to having a good day every day.

Beck's seminars have charged as much as $300 per seat in the past but is available here in Butte for $59 thanks to generous local sponsors such as Headwaters RC&D, America's SBDC Montana, the Butte Local Development Corporation and NorthWestern Energy.  $300 to this seminar will get you a table for 6, lunch included.
