American Legion Bingo Fundraiser Friday Night at Butte’s KC Hall.

Anyone involved in amateur athletics will tell you that there is much more to competition than games and practices.  A lot more.  There are uniforms and travel expenses.  Meals and hotels.  If you're a program like Butte American Legion Baseball, our Butte Miners, Butte Muckers and Butte Motormen, there is a beautiful new ballpark to maintain and keep supplied and beautiful.  There are umpires and staff that expect payment as well and all of these expenses are just the tip of the iceberg.

While gate receipts can help immensely, and there's nothing our local teams love more than a full ballpark, our Butte baseball program relies on some outside help to keep things running and this Friday night there is a fun event that will go a long way towards their operational expenses.

The Butte American Legion Baseball program is holding a fundraising Bingo Night on Friday, May 9 at the Knights of Columbus Hall with bingo games getting underway at 6:30pm.  Your $25 donation will include 10 bingo games, 3 cards per game along with 10 prize tickets for drawings.  All participants must be at least 18 years of age or older to play.
